Outright:
2% Commission of property value + 12.36% GST Tax as applicable
I wish to utilise Citihomes Services and agree to the terms and charges mentioned above. I have also read the Disclaimer at http://abc.com/termsandconditions, and have understood and agree to all the points stated therein. I will not attempt to bypass Property and will take full responsibility to ensure that full payment is made to Citihomes as per the charges.
As per details given above by way of any leave & license agreement / lease deed / sale deed / agreement for sale / Assignment of Rights on in any other manner, I undertake to pay full commission at the time or before execution of any documents for the said purpose. I am liable to pay the same and this undertaking is binding on me as a contract. All the legal documentation charges, stamp paper charges, registration charges etc. will be borne by the buyer/licensee/lessee.
All disputes subject to delhi jurisdiction.
